Sponsor. Hub City UnCovered, Lubbock, Texas (hubcityuncovered.com), which administers the giveaway. Prize providers (co-sponsors): Jadds Roofing & Complete Restoration (Roofing/Gutter Installation) and additional local co-sponsors to be announced.
Eligibility. Open to legal residents of Texas who are 18 or older at the time of entry. Not eligible: employees and contractors of the Sponsor and the co-sponsors and members of their immediate families or households. Void where prohibited.
Entry period. Starts when the Lubbock Holiday Events Guide 2026 publishes (target Mon Nov 2, 2026) and ends Nov 22, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. CT. The Sponsor’s clock is the official timekeeper.
How to enter. Subscribe for free to the Hub City UnCovered email newsletter at hubcityuncovered.com during the entry period, or be an active subscriber on Nov 22, 2026. Limit one entry per person and email address. Bonus entries: you get one (1) additional entry for each new subscriber who signs up through your personal Hub City UnCovered referral link during the entry period and confirms their subscription, up to 10 bonus entries per person. A referred subscriber must be a real, new person; self-referrals and fake or duplicate addresses don’t count and may disqualify the referrer. Entries made with fake, duplicate or automated email addresses are void.
Prize. One (1) winner receives one (1) $200 Visa or Mastercard prepaid gift card. Approximate retail value is $200. The card is subject to its issuer’s terms and any fees or expiration the issuer sets. There are no cash substitutions or transfers, except that the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. The prize is funded by the co-sponsors named in Rule 1; if fewer than four co-sponsors sign on by Nov 13, 2026, Hub City UnCovered funds the balance, so the prize is awarded either way. Co-sponsors are prize providers only and are not responsible for administering this giveaway.
Drawing and odds. The winner is chosen in a random drawing from all eligible entries on Mon Nov 23, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Winner notification. The winner is notified by email at the subscribed address and must reply within 48 hours to claim the prize. If the winner doesn’t respond, is ineligible or can’t be reached, the Sponsor may draw an alternate winner. The Sponsor may share the winner’s first name and city, with the winner’s permission.
Taxes. The winner is responsible for any taxes on the prize.
General. By entering, entrants agree to these rules and the Sponsor’s decisions. The Sponsor isn’t responsible for lost, late or misdirected entries or technical failures. The Sponsor may cancel or change the giveaway if fraud or technical problems affect it. This giveaway isn’t sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, any social media platform or the gift card issuer.
Privacy. Entrants’ email addresses are used for the Hub City UnCovered newsletter, and entrants can unsubscribe anytime. Addresses aren’t sold. Entrant emails are not shared with the co-sponsors unless the entrant separately opts in.
